If you feel that you have been failed by the police, the investigation was not thorough enough or they took no further action despite you giving them all the information you had, please get in touch with us and we will do a completely unbiased review.
In order for this to happen you will need to obtain ALL the information from the police by requesting a Subject Access Request (SAR) which is FREE. Go to the specific police service website and search for SAR, once you have all in the information we can review it and tell you if there was anything else the service could do or whether all enquiries were exhausted.
We have had cases reopened and crimes reclassified, which has also helped victims of crimes obtain their rightful compensation via the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA).
